The Flamingo & Turtle cottage at Tybee can be rented together which sleeps 13/14 people -6/7 in each unit. They are connected by using the back entrance of the covered porch. These two units are great for large families who want to stay together,  be close to the beach, yet still have their privacy.  The Flamingo unit alone has 2 BR's; 1 w/ king size bed w/cable TV, 1 with twin beds, & a queen sleeper sofa in the LivRm w/cable TV, CD player, Wifi, & DVD/movies. It sleeps 6/7 people comfortably,  but you also have the option of renting the additional unit next door, (Turtle) which will give you a total of 4 BR's, 2 full baths, and sleep 13/14 people. Please inquire availability upon request for both units. The Flamingo & Turtle both have new full size bathrooms w/tub & shower, totally furnished kitchen, liv/dinning combined, washer & dryer, furnished front & back decks w/ gas grill. The area is residential , well lighted & close to the beach, restaurants & shops. Just through the sailboat gate is the tropical, picturesque courtyard with pool and hot tub.  If you are interested in the Historic Savannah/Tybee Package for 7 nights, please contact Rebecca for details. 2 places to visit & stay for 1 low price ! *I accept small dogs (under 20 lbs.) Dog is not to be left alone in the house without crating him/her.  Owners are responsible for picking up after their pets. $100 pet fee is required. House does not have a fenced in yard.

Less than a 1/2 block to ocean on Butler Ave between 3rd and 4th streets.  It's close to many attractions, Memorial Park, restaurants & shops, Tybee lighthouse, musemum,etc.  Mid island location & a fantastic place to see all parades & marathons which come right in front of the house. Here you get a birds eye view of what's going on so you don't mess anything!  Right on the beach at this location is a real nice restaurant/bar for you to slip away from your beach chair and grab some lunch or cocktail, use restroom, etc. Great chicken fingers, salads, & hamburgers, & cold drinks. They usually always have some beach music to top it off!

This is a family owned business.  We enjoy working together and meeting new faces.   Alicia and Richard are the owners and have lived here for many years.  Rebecca, our daughter-in-law is our booking agent and she also handles the cleaning.  Two of our sons, Mark and Paul, are captains on the Savannah Fire Dept. & they do most of the maintenance & new construction.  Our 4 Lb. Yorkie is our mascot - although he thinks he is a German Sheppard - he has no fear of larger dogs! He is friendly & cute and we have spoiled him rotten! See what I mean about a family business?
